Our client, an innovative Services and Manufacturing Company in the Valencia area, is looking to hire a Sales Director to lead commercial strategy in order to continue growth in the company.
Reporting to CEO, your main responsibility will be to increase sales on a global level both by ensuring follow-up and quality of service with existing key clients and identifying and closing new ones. You will lead an International Sales team; recruiting them, motivating them and coaching them to be more productive in their geographical areas.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years´ experience as a Sales Manager/Director, working in a B2B environment at an International level and will also be experienced working with distributors . We are looking for a “Lead from the front” kind of person; someone who can adapt quickly within a fast-moving environment; an excellent communicator. Fluent English essential; a good level of Spanish is also required.
